  • Lost Soldier Oil and Gas is pleased to announce that preliminary operations on the Found Soldier Federal #1 well are now completed and we are planning to move Rig 88 over the hole to continue the drilling program.  Status is that 13 3/8” surface casing has been set and cemented down to 3483' to protect freshwater zones as prescribed by the Bureau of Land Management.  The spud rig was released September 27, 2024.
  • Our drilling rig and crews will now mobilize to continue operations so that this well’s objective of obtaining production from the Shannon 5 zone can be achieved.
  • In conjunction with well operations, Wild Mustang Midstream, Lost Soldier's midstream pipeline company, is securing the pipeline right of way for gas delivery.  We anticipate the necessary permits to be submitted in the coming weeks so that construction can begin.  After construction, the company will have the capability of producing up to 60 MMCFPD of gas to market with additional capacity planned up to 400 MMCFPD.
  • We continue operations so that the Found Soldier Federal #1 well under construction, and the Green Mountain Federal #4 well completed last year, can be producing gas to the pipeline by end of 2024.

Thank you for your interest and investment in Lost Soldier Oil and Gas!

Stay tuned for additional information, more of Jacek’s videos and a Zoom meeting in the very near future!
